Chassis parts for a Ford F53 should be available at you Ford dealer without a problem. What chassis parts are you looking for? Shocks, brake parts etc are usually available at most auto parts.

For common stuff like brakes, alternator, starter, etc. you can usually find an aftermarket source simply by Google (or Bing or Yahoo Search) the part name and F53. Otherwise, go to a Ford dealer Part's Dept with your chassis VIN.

Brakes wheels bearing wheel seals I think I found most what I need from autozone. But there's a few parts that they don't show on line.

NAPA Auto Parts, carries many truck parts. They ask for your VIN# and save your info.
