I have read that the prices of used MHs are going up due to lack of new ones on th market.
Not so much lack of new ones, but a lack of mid-market options. Lots of $100K+ models, from the Mercedes class B's to the bus-sized pushers with multiple slides, very little in the 5 figure range that isn't used.

FWIW I just ran ours thru NADA (adding options, which you're supposed to do)-- we bought ours last February, and paid 67.2% of today's 'average retail'. It was a dealer repo that another dealer bought at auction. Considering the only problem I've found with it is that the rear furnace won't fire, I'm happy!
