My windsheilds keep breaking at outside lower corners, Coach Glass tells its common on this model and that I must reinforce and remove the front cap. Does anyone have any info on this problem?

glawing welcome to irv2.
Here is some info on BROKEN WINDSHIELDS.
Was just dewinterizing my coach today and passenger side on my coach is cracked.
Will have to call insurance company and find local glass company to fix. Its up high across almost didn't see it.
Not sure how you level your coach but twisting the frame of coach will cause the glass to crack.
Enjoy the forums and do post often.

glawing, welcome to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. If the front cap is flexing and the glass is mounted to it then something has to give. I am adding a short cut to the new member sign in section, so others can welcome you and also give your question some more exposure. Good luck and keep us posted.

glawing...
Welcome to iRV2! You will find this to be the friendliest and most helpful RV forum around!
I did a little different search than 007. This search is of National RVs only. (Glawing...you may want to go in and add your rig in your signature to make it easier for folks to see which rig you own at a glance.)
May I also suggest that you check out the National RV Owners Forum nd also ask for some "Karma" while there? You will find other folks there who may have solutions or some similar concerns that you have on your rig.
Good Luck...I hope you are able to get your windshield problem resolved without much hassle.

Again...welcome to iRV2!
