I've driven I-81 to I-84 to I-90 on my way to vist my family in Natick, MA. There are no restrictions. It's a nice ride for my 38' pusher (with toad).

I don't know about PA39 but, I doubt there are any restrictions.

Anywhere big tractor trailers go you can go too!

Pa 39 is fine. You won't have any problems. If you are going right to the park stay on 39 and follow the signs. Hershey Park Dr is just about 6 mi s of 81, I think exit 77. If you are going to Highmeadows campground, turn right on Hershey Park Dr and the cg will be a few miles on the right. For TT follow the signs for 322 E after turning right on Hershey Park Dr and you will see the sign on your right about 5 - 10 minutes east on 322.

Have a great time and eat lots of chocolate.
