No offense intended gents but.... I hope she does come back but really - would you if you were a newbee at wits end people started yelling at each other in your thread? I'm glad you two have worked out your differences but you both owe the OP a lunch if ya ask me. And for the value added I wish the thread were cleaned up and reset. Again, no offense gents.

I apologize for not listing everything. I will try to clear things up

I have exhausted all means

I do not have buyers remorse, I loved the motorhome and was looking forward to alot of time traveling.

I have well documented issues, they are not "made up"

We do indeed qualify for Magnuson Moss and I have read the statute and all the cases. The federal warranty act does indeed include RV's

This is not my route of choice. I am limited what I can say about the issue due to impending litigation.

I thought perhaps some of you fine folks might have had the need tor an attorney and were pleased with who you chose and perhaps would share a name or firm.

There are attorneys I have found that sole practice is based on Magnuson Moss. The key is finding one that does RV's.

I hope I have cleared this up and will be able to use the knowledge of this forum in assistance.

I don't have any recommendations but ... as the OP has mentioned, Magnuson-Moss is Federal and different from State Lemon Laws. There are at least 3 possible actions in Florida.

We wish you luck, Carolinagirl. The lawsuit road is a tough one, even with an ethical and competent attorney on your side. The defense tends to dig in once a formal suit is launched and the years drag on with little real action to resolve the dispute.

Since you cited Magnuson-Moss, I assume you feel the dealer and manufacturer have unfairly denied or restricted warranty coverage for your coach. That's a foggy area at the best of times and the potential for endless debate is high.
