Need Replacement for Glo Brite 1250 Amber Midship Light

My passenger side midship lens (part 1250) met an untimely end. Glo Brite is out of business. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement OR has anyone swapped those out for something else? My Class A looks kind of ghetto with the base and bulb duct-taped to the side...

I've called around, and I've looked online for several months, no to avail. Attaching pics of drivers side midship light for reference.

NOTE: these are surface-mounted, not recessed.

Those are readily available at Grote or Truck-Lite.

Just Google "6 inch oval amber marker light" and you'll find plenty.
