On my 2005 Trek, the OBDII port is in plain view just under the edge on the dash very close (to the left I think) of the steering column. You will likely get more replies if you post this question in the Workhorse chassis section of iRv2.

The OBD-II port on a 2002 Safari trek is to the left of the steering wheel. Also the 2002 Trek is on the P32 Chassis and does not have a Allison Transmission, it has the 4L80E Transmission, the first Trek's on the W series chassis which have Allison transmissions did not come out until mid 2003, and those were only on the larger models with slides, the non slide 26 and 28 ft Trek's did not get the W series chassis until at least 2004. If you have not found it yet there is a lot of good Trek information over on Trek Tracks, which is a closed members only group, so I can't direct you to specific threads there.

Google trektraxs. This is a great source of information and almost a necessity for Trek owners.
