After sharing all of our complaints on the thread "Deteriorating Leather Seats" started by Red Leader, a new website was been developed. I'm asking all who have this issue to review the website and post as necessary for our benefit. The developer has been in phone contact with Bob Martin, President of the RV Group at Thor Industries. Mr. Martin was (supposedly) unaware of the issue and how it has been handled by his staff, until now. We need to fill the website with pictures of the problems, our collective dissatisfaction with Thor customer service, and the potential sallying of the "Thor" reputation. If there are enough of us that show our displeasure, maybe, just maybe Mr Martin will do something about Thor ignoring this issue. Thor fancies itself as a leader in the industry. The best leaders lead by example. I'm not necessarily a Tiffin fan, but... What have you got to lose? If you've post before, what is a few more minutes of you time worth?
