New paint job

A fellow volunteer had his 2004 model repainted with a 2015 scheme. Really looks good. Think he could get into a '10 yr' rule Park?Click image for larger version

I don't see why not, the rule is to discourage RVs that are showing their age, this one looks great and that is what the people making the rules want, a park full of nice looking RVs. The actual age is not important, it's how old it looks that counts.

If your rig is over 10 years old, most Camp grounds with a ten year rule will usually ask you to send pic of your rig. If it's in reasonably good shape they'll let you in.
