Howdy and welcome to the forum. Depending on several variables, you can probably expect to get 6-8 MPG. "Your mileage may vary."

Welcome to irv2. I agree with Sarah's 6-8 range. The harder you press the pedal , the sooner you'll be seeing the man with the Texaco Star .

Some report high as 10 MPG but 6-8 is more like it.

The standard answer for the question . . ."what should my gas mileage be on my Class A coach ?" is . . . 7MPG, give or take. Damn good thing we didn't buy our rigs to get good fuel efficiency, eh!

7 is a very good number, but don't obsess over it as its the best money spent possible in my book. Do your self a favor and dissect a trip and add up Hotels, Gas for your car, eating out 3 meals a day then add add the hassle of public bathrooms. Just do all the things that affect gas mileage and go about enjoying life.

depends on the terrain and how hard you mash the gas pedal. In the mountains...4 to 5 mpg, best for flat land driving and 60 to 65 mph, maybe as high as 8 mpg.

Very well said! We have done this and I have to say it is much better done in a MH.

Thanks for your update. 9.5 is actually quite good from what I am hearing. I haven't gotten even a partial tank burned on mine - not expecting any miracles for being new either. However, we didn't buy for MPG. However, my theory is that my F250 Diesel pulling my TT got 9 and I was paying almost 4 bucks per gal, then the difference between gas and diesel in itself should be savings or as I say Cost Avoidance. At the end of the day, the transportation costs more than offsets when I do the math versus a hotel stay at some point in the equation(ie...a break even line).
Not contaminate your thread...but there are programmers out there for the V10 - I haven't really looked at but swore by the for my 2001 PSD as it did improve performance and ultimately MPG or what it feels like -> gallons per mile sometimes.
Regards,
