New vinyl flooring installation pictures

Replaced the carpeting in the living and hallway areas. Carpet retained in the slide and bedroom. I removed furniture, trim, etc. Flooring professional installed the new vinyl. Very pleased with the workmanship and outcome.

Very nice Vince!

I suspect I am not the only one agonizing over the same task. Seeing the awesome results that others have had is very motivating!!

We also agonized for some time which way to go. Wood laminate, Allure or other tiles, etc. And whether to DIY or have it professionally done. Then we were with a group of fellow campers and one couple mentioned they had just had sheet vinyl installed. It was very nice. Called their installer guy, who came to the house to review the job. He pointed us to a flooring wholesalers he uses. We went there, selected the vinyl, he picked it up and installed. About $350 in materials, and $300 in labor.

Vince, Susan, excellent job! Excellent Pictures! I so so so want to get new carpet installed.....This vinyl is incredible looking! It looks just like ceramic and is it soft underfoot?

I'm trying to figure out how to replace my carpet with carpet but there is linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom areas that would be nice to replace with this type lynolium.....your job is inspiring i wish I could do it myself, but my old broken down bones don't allow me to get down on my hands and knees......

I was thinking of just replacing with new carpet but have no idea what weight/ounces etc to get, I want the most durable thickest carpet I can get to put in there.....

It's a flat floor slide, so lifts up and then comes in. The vinyl is thinner/lower than the previous carpet, and the carpet was only lightly touched by the slide making a bit of a dirty streak rather than damage. So the vinyl is not touched by the slide at all.

Yes, the single best change we've made to the livability of the coach.

humm i would still keep a eye on it

who every did this in my RV did not know and it cut up the under side of the slide and cut up the floor

i have a longer slide to so it sagged some in the center and just where the slide is made to ride up to go over the floor is where it hit and was made to slide on the carpet

when you look at it from in side of the RV why its moving the slide never looks like it well touch

so i have to find a way to fix it as i get there
