Newbee awning night

I was trying to open the stupid thing
To get in behind it to wash our week
Old 94 newmar kountry star and realized that it was not like my pevious. Any newbee directions would be apreiciated sp ?

Not real sure what you're asking, but if you're talking about getting behind the awning support arms when washing, then I agree it's a problem! I can run the brush up and down while pressing against the side of the support, and by doing that on both sides it gets under there pretty well.

Is the awning electric? If so, and you have been washing it,it could have the wind sensor wet and the controller thinks the winds are to high to extend the awning. After it has dried out, retry the operation to extend. Let us know what you find.
