Newbie in need of some help. '04 Monterey Beaver

I hope I'm in the right thread, and in need of some help. My father in law has a 2004 Monterey Beaver, he has power every where except up front driver area. So there's no power to the smart wheel (horn), leveling jacks, head lights or radio. We think it has to be a switch or relay, we hope. Any help or suggestions? It will GREATLY appreciated Thank you, Cloro.

Make certain the chassis disconnect switch is on. Also check all the large circuit breakers and fuses for chassis. I cannot remember where the chassis electrical distribution panels and boxes are located but there will be one that will feed the smaller multiple circuit referenced to.
