NIRVC and "Lesser" brands
As National Indoor RV Center expands their locations and dealer offerings they have taken on brands that are considered by many to be of lesser quality than NIRVC's original Entegra and Newmar brands.
Sure any RV can be full of problems, but some are more likely to have issues than others. So, how will NIRVC deal with selling and servicing a MH that's not up to the quality they are used to servicing.
It's one thing to sell and service a $500,000 top quality brand motorhome but a whole different thing to sell and service a $80,000 MH by one of these lesser brands.
Notice, I'm not naming names. Don't want to offend current owners.
Anyone else surprised by this expansion? I really expected them to limit themselves to the high priced brand names for all of their sales outlets.

I don't see it as an issue. The majority of RVers in this country are NOT buying $350K - $500K RV's. They're buying travel trailers and Class A gassers. Why wouldn't NIRV not want a cut of that market. Typically, people start out in a trailer and as they get older, move into a more expensive RV. Why not bring those people into the NIRV family when they're young and keep them as customers as they buy bigger and more expensive coaches.
People want a choice, from a $35K trailer to a $500K DP. To me, a good business plan would be to offer tent trailers to newly married couples, impress them with the NIRV network and keep them as customers for 40 years. Selling them 5-10 RV's over their lifetime.

X2. Talk to Brett Davis, owner NIRVC, and I’m sure he can tell you down to the very percent of sales and profit margin between $80,000 Mh and $500,000 Mh.

As RV sales slow down, any dealership will have more time to devote to each new delivery. I also think the less expensive deliveries won’t require as much time because there is less technology to cover and less to “fix” before the customer can leave.
NIRVC is known for an exceptional customer experience and is constantly ramping up their ability to service what they sell and also accommodate “drive up” business, so I have no doubt about your concern.
