Which makes the aroma waft to the rear of the coach, which is good, until you take a break, use the facilities, and steal a few bites, which is not good. Dinner does not always make it to dinner time!

Yup, that's the worst part. Start to smell it cooking and we start looking for an early overnight stop.

We love meals made in the slow cooker, where are you stopping for the night anyway? I'm tired of eating popcorn all the time!

I put an 800W inverter in a cargo bay to use the crock-pot while traveling. We smell great at red lights and rest areas.

Yes, but they give up after about a 1/4 mile.

BINGO!
Doesn't anyone read the manuals any more? This is a question that could be easily answered if the OP actually took some time to learn about how his coach works.

Doesn't anyone read the entire thread before posting a snarky response anymore? The OP said that he bought his RV pre-owned and did not get any manuals. Why not try to help someone out with a simple question?

An FYI, a modified sine wave inverter will burn out the solid state electronics in some crock pots. Been there done that!

This thread got me thinking. Our 600 watt inverter powers the plugs in the entertainment areas. Our 2 qt crockpot draws 100 watts. An extension cord to the sink and I'll be smelling pot roast as we roll down the road.
So much to learn here, even after having read all the manuals several times.
Thanks to all for all the great info.

BINGO!
Most manuals are useless nowadays anyway. My plumbing diagram looks like I drew it using Microsoft Paint, and is nowhere close to my actual system. It also constantly says "if equipped".
That's why we have this forum, to ask questions and learn.

Manuals for older coaches are readily available with a little research. There's this new thing called the Internet.
Ever heard of it? 😉
