No power to external Jensen radio

Anyone have any experience with a Jensen external sound system? I have used the system in the past with no issues but tried to use it on our last trip and could not get power to the radio. I have power to the 110 receptacle in the same compartment. I can see a red light flashing when I remove the faceplate on the radio which I assume is a anti-theft device. I have tried to reset the system per the instructions with no results

My "external sound system" does not use 120VAC, (it runs on 12VDC from the house batteries and or converter).
Do you have the proper code to reset your Jensen?

I'm sure mine runs on 12V also. Jensen is sending me the "keys" to remove the radio so I can check the fuse
