rpeppers, welcome to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join us here. Sorry to hear that the refrigerator is not working for you. I must ask, do you see any yellowish powder or smell any ammonia? Is the coach level and how long has it been on now? It sounds like the unit is trying to operate on gas mode even though you are plugged in. There is a fuse in the black plastic box that could be blown to feed the 120 volts to the board.
If the flame in the gas mode is not correct it will not cool properly either. I would recommend you have it professionaly serviced to insure you will not have continual issues. Let us know how you do.
I have put in a short cut to the New Members Check-In section so others can welsome you to our website. Good luck and stay safe.

Welcome to iRV2, rpeppers - If you go into this forum's first page (topics), then scroll down about 1/2 page, click on "Fridge not keeping cold". You will find an excellent discussion on fridge cooling problems and solutions. Also there are other even more detailed threads that you can find by using the search tab. Don't feel bashful about asking how to get around the site. Ask and someone will give you good info! best of luck...

Jim - Thanks for the link. I've seen the owner's and install manuals, but this is the first time I've seen a Service Manual, and the venting diagrams are super.
