Can anyone help with this issue?

I have a Norcold MSFT-460 AC/DC Refrigerator/Freezer that died on me several days ago while motor homing from Bedford Texas to South Dakota in 100 degree temperatures. The symptom is: The 10 AMP 12 Volt fuse was blown and when a replacement is installed it immediately blows the fuse. When I unplugged the 12 Volt supply line and tried to run the unit on the 120 Volt line the on-off does not come on and the unit will not turn on either. When I measure the terminal voltage of Temperature Control between TP2 & TP3 (Power Supply output) it measured .35 Volts which I believe indicates the power supply is defective and could anyone confirm this for me before I order the power supply. If this is not conclusive is there any additional trouble shooting I should do?

I have a different problem with my Norcold 1200 model and found help at Bryantrv.com/docs. For mine they have a lengthy service manual that told me how to reset the power board (my problem was the readout said "no co" and the operators manual said to take it to a Norcold dealer to reset the board). Perhaps they have a posting for your model. Hope this helps.
