Onan Genset filter

My generator has been running poorly the last time I fired it up. When the genset gets running it seems to act like its going to power out, the rpm get so low it acts like its shutting down then it comes back to normal and runs fine.

The unit I assume is the original with the MH so would be about a 95 Onan 7.5 diesel genset. It now has about 510 hrs on it and has ran great until about a week ago. I changed the oil and filter maybe 30 hrs ago. Today I pulled the fuel filter but I'm having a challenge finding the filter locally in the Orlando market.

Does anyone know a cross matching filter?

Model: 7.5DKDFJ

Fuel Filter: 149-2106

Check your air filter too. Mine cut off and that's what it was.
