One jack down slightly after retract

Extended the jacks for the first time on Friday when we brought the MH home for first time. Just retracted so I could move it and although the jack down light went out, one jack (left rear) is slightly lower than the rest. I can see maybe 1.5 to 2-inched of shaft out the cylinder. Looked in the manual that came with the MH and it said if one does not retract all the way could be a broke spring. The front jacks I can see large coil springs but the rears don’t appear to have springs (that I can see). It is not low enough to ever hit anything but find it a bit odd the one is a bit lower than the rest. Is it normal or is there are the springs on the back in a different place than the front and maybe its got a broken or weak one.

I had the same problem, and based on suggestions from this forum, cleaned the area around the jacks where the cylinder goes up into the housing with some WD40 and some Q-tips. They now go up fast.

Seems all the road debris causes too much friction and the jacks don't retract.

Yea, I noticed it's slowly going up into place. I'll add ckeaning of the shafts to the to-do-list. Thanks for the feedback.
