When we were considering our first RV two years ago I did lots of research here and at other web sites. One of the things that impressed me was the mention of several companies that have a reputation for above-and-beyond customer support, particularly regarding warrantee.

Here is another one.

My Progressive Industries electrical management system (surge supression plus other good stuff) had a problem with the display. Since the warrantee was long over I emailed them to ask about a replacement part. I got an immediate reply from Tommy at Progressive asking me to call the office to arrange for a replacement of the unit. He even followed up by phone to make sure that I got his message. I made the call the other day once we got back home. Kathi was very gracious and sent the new unit right away; it arrived today.

Can't ask for better than that. Prgressive Indrustries is definitely one of the good guys.

Good news, always glad to herar about a vendor who backs up their products. Word of mouth is the best, or worse, advertisment.
