Paint protectant

My Newmar dealer is offering me paint protectant for the exterior of my coach. Has anyone purchased this? I would welcome any feedback about these products.

Paint protectant? It's probably nothing more than a wax job.

Sam T, I think the product that the dealer applied to my coach was Tough Guard, I probably wouldn't pay to have it done, but I feel it is working pretty good compared to the painted rig I owned before this one. I know the bug guts and other gunk are easily removed with my water hose, and if anything, probably saved my elbow from some wash and wax time...to each his own.
