Panasonic B/U Camera

Just wondering if anyone knows the voltage I would meter at the camera end of the cable from the monitor?
I am familiar with CCTV cameras that have a video connection AND a power connection.
The Panasonic GP-RV201FL camera only has coax ran to it on one connector with 2 conductors.
The front monitor powers on and shows no picture. I would like to be able to troubleshoot the system and not just throw parts at it. I would consider upgrading, but if I only have coax going to the camera, what other systems connect the same way without having to fish a power lead back to the camera?

I dont know about your system but I know you can buy power injectors and power taps that allow you to "send" 12VDc down the coax and "pull" it off before the camera; splitting back to 12vdc + Video.... maybe $12 per injector/tap
