do you have disc or drum brakes on the rear wheels?
if you have drums, the adjustment is probably on the cable to each rear wheel.
my moho has the parking brake drum on the drive shaft behind the tranny.
there is no adjustment on the cable or a hole in the drum for adjustment.
i learned from this forum to remove the parking brake actuating clevis pin and thread the clevis in about 1/4 inch thus effectively shortening the cable. my parking brake works ok now.
