Parts for Ramco mirror on 2005 Holiday Rambler Ambassador PDQ40

I have broken the pin (shaft) that holds the Ramco Mirror to the arm on my motor home. It is broken between the mirror and the arm. I have a 2005 Holiday Rambler Ambassador PDQ40. The mirror and the arm is not broken or damaged in any way. I was able to disconnect the arm/mirror from the coach. I cannot see any way to get the pin/shaft out of the arm or the mirror. I get confusing information from the RV dealers I have contacted. Some told me you only have to buy the mirror. Some said you have to buy the mirror and the arm. They all told me I couldn't replace the pin/shaft. However, Holiday Rambler told me I could replace the pin. I ordered it and it was not the right part! Can anyone help me?

Have you contacted RAMCO? I damaged a mirror on our MH and contacted them directly. They were helpful and good to work with.
