We are heading north this week. Does anyone know if Alt. US 89 or US 89 are passable this time of year to get to Kanab UT? We would like to take one route up and the other on the return trip if they are passable for motor home.

The Arizona Dept of Transportation website shows both roads are open

AZ Road Conditions

The Mountain West Directory shows some 6% grades on both roads ...

FYI

If you like pets, check out BEST FRIENDS just north on Kanab on Hwy 89.

Best Friends Animal Society Home Page

I think that you will enjoy the tour
