16W x 48L and 12’5” H on left side and 13’9” from the middle to the right. My new ride, a 45’ Navigator is a little tight on length but it fits. I put 3 of the slides all the way out but there is a landing with steps on the right side for the door into the kitchen of the house,..blocks the R LR slide.
Everything in the MH bay is setup for putting in a 4’ high floor (same level as the house) when we get out of RVing.

Definitely need to build mine this year. Will be similar to this with 20’ lean too on either side 60 x 50 in all total. Plan on making y’all enough to add second story over coach later down the road
Will build out of I beam and sides will be enclosed down the road but just a pole barn for now to save on prop taxes. Will enclose and add second story once my prop taxes are capped

Crabby Mike,
Freddy and I expanded the driveway and now want to build a RV Carport that looks like it will fit in the neighborhood without a stink from the HOA. This plan looks really nice what are the dimensions and how much should we expect to spend to pull this off! The driveway was 3 times what the estimate was so I am going to be more frugal with the round

Originally was planned to be a simple carport but we kept adding on since we tend to have nasty hail storms and an occasional blizzard. Lucky we put an 18 foot door on since I've been known to forget to lower the TV antenna. We also had 50 amp put in as well.

Ours is 16x60, with 12wx14h door. Ceiling is 16' high, so room to get on the roof of the RV when needed. We spent about $50k.

Some great ideas here.
Thanks for sharing your RV Garage photos.
I must agree with an earlier post that cost estimates would definitely be helpful for those of us still in the planning stage.

That's a sweet setup. Good thinking out of the box.

Hinge???!!!

What type of hinge system is that door swinging on. I noticed no marks on the driveway - so appears not to be supported by roller. Very interested in what you have done here. Awesome job!!!!!1

Is this design because of Development restrictions? If so nice, IN YOU FACE HOA !

Hinges are 2” pipe nipples and floor flanges top and bottom. There is a cable from the top R to bottom L with a turnbuckle to hold the 2X6 insulated door up. Window is off center because of cable going over the top L of it.

No HOA to worry about.
