Thanks, Busskipper. There is access to the garage from the main house. The RV could be used while in the garage, as I have a 30 amp hookup for it. If the slide needed to be extended, I would have to displace a couple of cars.
I've attached a flooplan. I made some minor modifications to the breakfast bar direction to allow for a dinette, and extended the cabinetry and counter all the way to the back wall, but you get the general idea.

I have a 10 x 12 wide door and a 14 x 14 door Uninsulated. I can open them by hand pretty easy. I don’t open them every day so no problem. I’m 67 years old female. If they were insulated you might need to go with a door opener. ( these are overhead roll up aluminum doors) Good luck ! Don’t forget to wait 28 days to let your cement cure.!

Thanks for sharing - I've been working on a similar idea - always nice to see how others have attacked the Bus Garage. -

Yea, the difference in strength from a week to 28 days is a 25% increase...at a 7 days you gotten 75% of your strength, especially if you will keep it wet to increase it’s strength. There is nothing special about 28 days other than it’s the standard for when to test. I drive on my concrete after 3 days in a car and 7 days in the MH.
I had to wait until last week to backfill a concrete basement wall because of this 28 day myth.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your question, Tom. I was on the road in the RV for the past 18 days, and when I attempted to log onto IRV2 on my i-pad, I received the message "This page isn't working, irv2.com redirected you too many times." I have no idea what that means, but while I could read the threads, I couldn't log on to respond.
Anyway, the whole project was not broken down separately between the house and the attached garage. The house was 1672 sf., and the garage was 1040 sf. A covered rear patio added another 550 sf., and was ceramic tiles on the patio itself, and pavers from the patio to the rear yard fence, so that added quite a bit to the price tag. The total cost of the project, excluding tear down of the previous structure, design, drawings and permit fees, and all new appliances, was $269,500.
Terry

NICE! And you have the same space in the other half.
Did you include dump station, power and water?

Hi Greg,
I built my building same as yours with the walk in door between the two overhead doors. Got a lot of work planned and in process inside.
Did you just buy that Monaco? I saw one for sale recently just like it. Very nice coach!

Pictures of MH garages
RKins, yep, have water, sewer and electric, stubbed in. Working on the electrical. Have the wire buried up to the shop. Installing the sub panel. Have to water up to the outside and will get to that when I can. Sewer will follow that.
Electra 225, I like our layout. Very practical. I am also working on the inside. We have had the coach for 3 years. Have been adding things when time allows. Did the residential fridge and love it. More improvements to follow.
Working inside the building, out of the weather is Fantastic!!
Very happy with the coach.

Here is what I have along with a couple of others. Heated, bathroom and an office with a/c. Sure beats winterizing the coaches.

Should be possible to weld extensions to the legs and add more structure on the front.
