Thanks guys...yeah I have a 50 amp service in there I hook up to...can run the a/c or heater when I need to...comes in handy when I need to work in it...i.e. the big TV install...I've been in the metal building industry for 24 years and cashed in every favor I has accumulated to get it done.....best part is, at 50' long, I have plenty I room for my next coach!!!....LOL....

I thought I posted a pic here a while back, but I don't see it. I built this pole barn a few years ago; 36x48, with 16'wx14'h OHD; insulated, heated, 50A elec, water and dump. Love it, but should have put on a 2-part epoxt floor before moving in. Once you get all your 'stuff' in, it's a real PITA to empty, clean, and seal the floor. Still, maybe I'll do half at a time.

CaptBill - that is one fine looking pole barn.

Save you photot to a free photo-hosting service, like photobucket.com. After you upload your photo, click the link under it (on photobucket), and it will copy the url. Post that here, and your photo will show up.

I *think* there is another way to post pics w/o using a hosting site, but I do not know what it is.

When I built the house in 2001 I was not planning on having an RV, now I'm on my third.
RV garages like this are very common in Havasu.

This is how it looked a little earlier in construction, for those interested in construction detail.

Pole construction:

Truss design:

Pull thru:

6" reinforced pad:

and she just makes it, with an inch or so to spare!

CaptBill - great idea using the raised center trusses to reduce the side wall height. Functional, and creates the great look.
