Thank you for your post. Can you send me information on what state you are in? I started a forum to build a list of Coach friendly residential communities. Would love to have the best of both worlds with water out back.
Thank you!

Would be Burglers

Now I just have to get the plan by our local zoning office.
I will have to attach it to the existing garage as we already have our one allowed free standing structure. We built a pool house our 2nd year here.
I'll meet with the zoning board on Tuesday. THe building inspector says it should go through. City needs the tax revenue so they are easing up on building permits.

Excellent point on knowing when we are on the road when the coach is missing from the driveway. That is reason enough to build a nice garage! I will be starting mine hopefully within the next year or so. Thanks for posting another point of view that some may not think of!

Can you message me with the builder information. I am in the state of Virginia but they may be able to refer me to someone locally that has the ability to provide me with a similar building. I need one that will house 2 coaches plus one bass boat, zero turn, atv, landscape trailer, dolly and what ever else I accumulate in the future.

My wife has a friend who goes camping quite frequently. They have been robbed three times!! Each time when they were away RVing. Thieves aren't stupid. The missing motorhome from the driveway is the thieves calling card.

I'd be interested in the name or link to that forum. My DW and I'd would like a small SQ FT house with an attached 50ft RV garage. I can find communities with big houses and big garages but not modest houses and RV garages.

New house plus RV garage
Wife and I wanted to go from a two story house to singe story. There were many features she had to have. The only one I wanted was a place to store the Pace Arrow inside. Ended up with 1850 sf garage with full hook up, cable tv and internet. We just moved in but the Rv is still in winter storage. Cannot wait to bring her home.

Picture came out great but had some strange white stuff in it. We don't see that in Fl . Beautiful set up you got there.
