It's official now.... Got the hard hat to prove it.
Ground breaking in November.... Wish they were not so backed up.

I am with you. 55 now. 25 years I won't be here or might not know it is my building! The Morton is a great product. Expensive but the warranty and construction materials were worth the wait.
I still have not put in the water, concrete flooring, and insulation in the roof area. I have decided to put 6 inch commercial gutters on the building next. The rain is washing the gravel from the outside walls. I am going to pour a stoop with a couple stairs and walkway to the side door. Looking forward to getting these things done. It all takes time and money. Wish I had more of both!

Just got my wood shop done so it matches the new garage. Came out pretty good for a building that looked like this when we bought the place eight years ago.
My wife says it looks like the garages mini-me.

Very nice. Like the building for the RV. Build it bigger than you think you will need if possible I always say!

I'm afraid to ask but what became of the F100?

That was the previous owners. He removed it the day before we closed on the property.

Today I am very thankful because I have finally parked my moho in it's new garage. It's been a long time coming. The garage has been completed for a few months, but has been used to store material for the house construction, which is also getting close to completion. Today I spent a few hours cleaning out the bay for the Outlaw and got it inserted! As you can see, I need practice centering the rig, should get some guiding lines like FIRE UP uses. Also am considering using a floor treatment like his.

That's a neat design Dan. What other uses will it have? Looks like a second floor?

Dan, great looking building. Can you provide any additional details? Is the left side for storage, workshop or apartment? Heating/ Flooring? Dimensions? Approximate cost per sq. ft.? We're also located in Indiana and looking to finalize building shortly. Expect delivery of RV in May/June.
Thanks,
Lou

That's a great feeling when you finally get to park the rig inside it. Looks great with the tile roof and all. What kind of door operator does it have? Chain or motor?
