Here's ours 18'wx51'lx12'h (15'h at peak). The one pic shows our extended TV antenna which just kisses the truss cross beam, when fully extended. The other 2 front shots show clearance with slides out.

We now park it a little left of center. The storage bays come out with the large driver's side slide & in order to open the doors & clear the side ribs, we had to scoot over a bit in the port.

We built it long enough to be able to pull the coach out, back the toad in & then follow with the coach. Now we can hook up even in the pouring rain & not get wet. We can also wash & wax it & be in the shade the entire time. Shoulda built one years ago!

We recently bought a house with an RV cover ...but it is only 30' long and a bit less than tall enough. We're going to replace it with a similar cover 50' long x 18' wide x 12' tall at the legs (basically two 18x25 "Carolina Carport" covers joined together) after we put in a slab.

We are looking to build one as well...I told my wife if we can keep her $30,000 car in a garage why can't the $100,000 MH be in a garage as well? We have a 24x32 garage on the back side of our property. I was wondering if I could take one of the bays and build up and out for the MH....

Carports.com. They've got an online estimator. If you go through w/it, you can then get an exact quote from them. They've got a whse somewhere near Toledo/Findlay area, but ours came up on a flat bed truck from NC with a 3-man crew that put it up, start to finish, in about 6 hours.

Word of advice, don't let Lloyd Johnson be your sales rep. He's not good at customer service. He doesn't get back to you when you call or send an email if you're asking questions or need further info unless you're willing to try 2 or 3 times & he doesn't pass contact info along to the delivery/work crew.

50 mi east of Cols'? That puts you near Zanesville, right? Our RV port is on my FIL's property in Hopewell. If you want to see it, I could arrange to meet you there for a tour. Send me a PM if you're interested.
