Plastic Skylight is Dull

The outside of the skylight dome on the roof of my Class C has dulled considerably, I was thinking of using the kit they sell for making plastic headlight cover clear again.....
Anyone use something else that worked well?
Thanx my Friends! 😎

Why bother? You do not look through it for any reason and it still lets light in so why does it matter if it is dull?

Why not paint it with something like Krylon plastic paint?

Regular old toothpaste will work also. That's what I use to remove the yellow from my headlights.

I bought a can of plastic cleaner at a surplus store some years ago. It was made for helicopter windows and does a great job of cleaning the skylight, then I spray with 303. Skylight was still pretty clear after 13 years and the rig was never stored inside.
On the present rig the skylight has a textured outside surface, kind of like the privacy windows in stick houses. Now I just spray it with 303 and wipe down.
