GEEZZZ...Hey Uncle Dave, you need a new brother to assist with keeping the quads up and running (did you have a 660 pumped up or does Yamaha have a 700) And those boats..you know you really need to not let them sit idle for to long..hehehe

Happy adventures,
Barney

Two weeks past the big 60. Now I just wonder if the Army will let me go before the next one so I can enjoy some time on the road for myself. :-)

65 for me, 61 for the better half. The Cockers are 10 and the Shih Tzu is 8 months. Our first was a 14 ft Pop-Up. It lasted a year and we figured out it wasn't going to work for us. Second was a '97 Winnebago Adventurer 37 ft. If it weren't for mechanical problems we would still have it instead of the '08 Winnebago Voyage 32H we have now. Boy did we give up a LOT of storage space. But this one doesn't break down every trip so I guess we'll keep it for now.

But the true travelers are they who leave for leaving’s sake
Saying continuously, without knowing why: ‘Let us go on’.
Paraphrased from Baudelaire’s ‘The Journey’

Now 63. When I got my Tioga 24D last year i got AK license plates GAR 264.
Just from the pile - not custom.
Explaining it into custom (yes it does): Gerard And Ria 2 years from 64.
Ria is my late wife, departed 9-11 (but 5 years later) to the big camping grounds in the sky.
In Europe I drive a Grand Cherokee and a Hobby 495 caravan (TT) (see avatar)
Nowadays my European trips mostly go to Munich for working in the Computer Museum www.Cray-Cyber.org as volunteer.
