Well, I removed the cover and found the 2 pumps. I tapped the heck out of the valve, squeezed the black tube, tapped the heck some more. . . . Nothing!
The pump itself appears to be spinning, but I do not know if this is spinning the propellers in the pump. The fluid in the overflow reservoir is low, but is not exposing the fluid to air. If there was a crimp problem (lack of power to the pump), I would assume the pump would not spin.

The pump is a magnetic drive and these are usually not self priming. For information on these types of pumps see http://www.marchpump.com/storage/966...-0053-1400.pdf
The electric motor can be running and the pump blades may not be moving. Sometimes the magnet decouples from the vanes and you have to turn the pump off then restart.
Unless someone has a better idea my next step would be to open a line downstream from the pump to see if you have pressure (fluid flow) when the pump is running.
It is a simple loop system: boiler, pump, check valve, heat exchanger (one or two) then back to the boiler.

I would have to wait until I get more fluid. The fluid in the expansion chamber is low. Opening down stream might lower the reservoir too low, allowing air in the lines.
I'm almost wondering if, even though an inch or so of fluid is showing in the reservoir that the pump has lost it's prime. I will have to acquire some fluid then, after filling the tank appropriately, look at priming the pump and see what happens.

The fluid is a good idea. Be sure to get Boiler non toxic antifreeze. I use Camco -100º and dilute with distilled water 50/50, as per AquaHot.
I have totally drained and purged old rusty systems and have never had to prime, but that could be an issue. Try calling the techs at AquaHot (Vehicle Systems)...

They can be very helpful.

Not yet, still awaiting my fluid delivery. There was an addressing issue and I am waiting for the post office to forward it. I am going to The Rally (Good Sam Club) in Syracuse next week and have lined up the dealer service man to look at it there. Fortunately there is not a pressing reason to get it NOW since it is warm enough that the heat pumps will easily heat the front lounge.
Once the fluid comes in I will try that and see what happens. Hopefully it will arrive before I leave for Syracuse.
