I'm looking for a replacement Power Dist. Center Control Board for my 2004 Dolphin 5342. The coach was in for repairs at Camping World but they do not have a source for the Board and National RV is out of business. Any help on locating a new circuit board would be appreciated. The board manufacturer might be helpful as well. This is the board that power comes to from the converter/charger. Mine is fried and I cannot charge my batteries on AC power or via the generator.

Mike, first let me welcome you to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join ushere and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences.
You may want to try checking with BR Electronics: http://brwholesale.com/
You should have the make and model number off the converter when you call.
When you reinstall be sure all connections are good and tight; loose connections can casue burning of terminals and wiring. Use the right size fure for the circuit conductor wire gage. If you need any further help let us know. Good luck and stay safe.

I have an '03 model 6342 and I thought I might need to replace the circuit board, but instead I just replaced the solenoid and the batteries are now charging. When I had called NationalRV 6 months ago, they were quoting me around $450 for the circuit board. I bought a direct replacement White-Rodgers solenoid for $20 and installed it myself. Not hard at all, but it is in cramped quarters. I would have the board tested before replacing.

In follow up I've found that the circuit board is manufactured by RV Custom Products in Santa Fe Springs, CA. I obtained a board from them for $236. I plan to install this weekend. Hopefully my problem will be fixed. I appreciate the replies to my post.

Thanks
Mike
