power gear levelers failed to go down

The levelers fail to go down and I do hear the motor running. Fluid is up and fuses are good. No luck on help from power gear yet. Thinking possibly pump? Any suggestions? Or cost. Thanks

Bruce,

Sounds to me like there is a problem with the solenoids, or the control valves. I am attaching a trouble shooting manual for the jacks. Hope it helps.

Thanks Jim, I'm not sure if it'll help, mine are manual but when warmer weather comes I'll be able to check into things a bit further. Thanks again.

Bruce

Here's a link to all of PG's troubleshooting docs on leveling systems. Hopefully you can find something there that helps.

Just an update. I was contacted by Power Gear this morning and through several emails back and forth we now know what the problem is. They were more than helpfull and sent a manual as well for further help. Very good responce from them as Cliff has stated. Can't say enough about them. They will contact you when you email them.
