Question Power Gear Levelers om 96 Pace

Set my Motor Home up by parking it on wooden ramps attached water, electric etc. Is it acceptable to leave it supported by the leveling system for the summer. I wiped the shafts down WD 40. And in the fall I would wipe them clean before lifting them back to the up position. Open for suggestions.

Sure its ok. Some people may say to run them up and down once in awhile to help keep the system healthy, but it's not clear what that does beside wiping the ram against the seals. Wiping the ram clean before retracting seems a more helpful thing to do, especially if in an environment where salt or dirt can collect on them.

We routinely leave ours on the jacks for extended periods.

Power Gear Levelers om 96 Pace

Thanks Gary,
We have about 2 acres on the family farm with about 1 acres in stocked pond about an hour South of home. I take the MH down in April I just set it up last weekend because I had a new roof put on. And bring it back about October depending on the temperature, I have not had any issues but thought it would be good to get another option or so.
