Power Gear levelers pump rebuild

Decided to finally get to my leveler issue that was in the pump. I removed the pump as well as the reservoir as a unit from the coach. Labeling everything such as wires and hydraulics to make things easier on the reinstall. Removed pump from the reservoir and took it apart to find as I expected the broken gears. Installed the pump repair kit and reinstalled the unit together, filled the reservoir to the correct level and reinstalled it in the coach. Cycled the levelers as power gear said and all is well again. The whole job took about three hours and was easy to do. I did upload to the files section a Power Gear diagnosis for anyone who may be having issues with your levelers. You can see the broken gears in the photo. Hope this helps someone.
