Unhappy Power gear leveling system

My power gear leveling system will not power on. I have unhooked the 4 pin connector and the harness is putting out 12v. Is it safe to say the touchpad is faulty or could there be another issue I am overlooking?Any input is appreciated. I have tried to contact power gear and they were no help, terrible customer service.
Thanks
Ryan

Need more info, year make and model of coach, and do you have electric or hydraulic system?

Power gear is normally extremely helpful and prompt with email responses.

Well, I'll tell you a little story about my panel. I was packing up after a weekend trip and went to activate my jacks to retract them and low, they wouldn't power up. They had worked well going so I was a little mystified. At any rate, during my attempts to engage the power on them, I detected the slightest flash on the jack panel indicator for power. I took off the panel and looked at the switches underneath. When I depressed it directly with my finger, the power magically came on. My conclusion was that the little pad above the switch wasn't making good contact anymore after all the years. My solution was the cheapest ever. I took a hole punch, a piece of cardboard and made myself a little cardboard spacer that put under the keypanel and above the switch. Still working today after a dozen trips.

Hey Ryan,

I just went thru some TS of my older system. The manuals (available online) offer a reasonable troubleshooting chart. The first couple times I attempted to follow, it was a learning exercise, only after about the third time did I start making progress.

Depending on which model you have, there may be some fuses on the board to check.
