Power Gear leveling system

Every time I shut the motor/key off. All jacks retract.
What am I doing wrong?

What RV do your have? Year? Electric of hydraulic Power Gear stabilizers? Have the stabilizers always done this or is it a new occurrence? What procedure are you using when you put them down?
