Power Gear (and the other vendors of the "stuff" in our RV's) owe us nothing.
Thier customer was the manufacturer of our RV's, and some oif those will talk top us, others only to an authorized dealer.

Thanks our lucky stars for company's like Atwood, RV Custom Products, Dometic, and many others who put a ton of money into end user support to maintain thier good name and our satisfaction with thier products. But they owe us nothing.
I disagree! they owe us a good product that will perform at a respectful level for which they were designed to do. A company that will back their product and protect their name is the one that I will choose to do business with every time. A manufacturer that chooses to install products from a company that backs the product and one that will back his decision to use that product is and will always be my first choice!
So who do we report to? Thats is in part what this forum is all about! I'll tell about my experiences, you write about yours!

Rubber rooms, ??? Govt???

My interest is in the problem at hand, companies WE make quality major purchases from do have a responsibility to provide a quality product, irregardless if there work is subcontracted to another company. I am not interested in your personal feelings. I dont feel this is the place for your comments. So yes, if a company eg.) POWER GEAR/DEWALD is providing substandard products, to high end companies eg.) GULFSTREAM, this needs to be brought to someones attention, Especially seeing a problem existed with this leveling system from POWER GEAR a DEWALD company prior to our Class A coach being manufactured.

If the radio breaks in your cadillac, are you going to talk to:
Delphi electronics.
General motors
Cadillac corp.

or your local caddie dealer?

Now back to our regularly scheduled thread.
