I agree with the above posters. First, check for wear patterns and/or deep drag marks in the roller paths. Then I'd lube anything an everything that has a bearing surface. Then I'd check ALL 12VDC connections and plugs for cleanliness and tightness. All this failing, I'd replace the motor. I had a bedroom slide motor/gearbox go south but it had a broken worm drive so a new motor was required. The only downside is the setup is Lippert junque so it might last another five years.
