Power Solutions dual power adapter

There used to be a company named PSRV with a dual adapter system to run both AC with wiring mods. I can't find them anymore, so does anyone know what happened or where I can get an adapter like they sold.

Not sure but I used that device twice on my last outing. Very handy. You should be able to make it yourself if you can find the directions.

Maybe this is like what you are taking about. Saw one in use and it worked well for them.

That cheater box is great WHERE IT WORKS, which is about 1 park in 10 if you are lucky.

I have two places I park I can use it.. And then only on selected sties,,

IF the park box has a GFCI outlet.. The box will trip the GFCI.. Most 20 amp outlets are now GFCI, some 30's are as well. Of the two places I can use it, One is an older park with grandfathered outlets (NO GFCI) the other.. I take two spaces... During the very off season.

First my disclaimer, I don't have one. That being said, they were on GFCI and it worked for them. They ran two ACs etc the whole weekend. They did say they have been a few places where it didn't work but what what was explained to them was the two sides in the camps hookup needed to be on different circuits.

If the cheater box worked, then the GFCI's did not, they will trip GFCI (That work) 100% of the time, Have heard the claim they do not before, Have also tested it, They do.

The PSRV solution (Which I E-mailed to the O/P_ works very well. I use it much of the time... Plus it adds an extra feature to the motor home which comes in handy on rare occasions.

Thanks for the responses. PSRV unit is not the same as the cheater from Progressive, I have the manual from PSRV from years ago and could make it but wanted to buy it from PSRV if they were still around. I had even talked with the guy who was PSRV years ago but didn't buy the unit then and like all things when one waits too long the ship has sailed
