POWERGEAR Leveler will not retract.

On my 2004 Safari Cheetah 38PDQ my Power gear jacks are down and will not retract or extend. The power light is comes on but not the jacks are down light.
When I push the jack extend the pump runs but jacks don't move, nothing happens. This is with each jack control button. When I press the retract all nothing happens. My MH is 300 miles from home and in a place where we don't get e-net or phone service unless I drive 3 miles up on a hill. Need to get the jacks up so I can get the MH back here. Called Power Gear for help but not much help there. This is a 3 jack system. Any suggestions would be a great help. Thanks

Here's one resource available online, there are many more resources available online. Use Google and research your specific model of Powergear levelers.

Check the fluid level in the hyd tank first. I had trouble with my jacks and a trick that worked was to stop retracting them, and put them all DOWN all the way. Then attempt a retract.
If none of that works, and you are really stuck you will have to get under there and loosen the hyd fitting to each jack and force them up with a pry bar. It's a nasty messy business because fluid will squirt out all over the world.

If the pump runs when you press the extend, that means power is getting to the solenoids and pump.

If you can locate ther controller board, there may be four fuses on the top, one for each jack solenoid (3) and one for the retract solenoid (1).

These are three amp fuses.
