PowerGear retracting on its own

Has anyone had a problem where the Power Gear levelers retracted on there own? We were just sitting in the coach and it started beeping and down the coach went. Keys were not in the ignition, park brake was applied. Appreciate any input anyone may have.

These are automatic levelers on an '06 Monaco 40' diesel.

That is a new one on me. Key off the controller should be "powerless" (as in without power to do anyting). You may have a short somewhere. On my Damon the controller gets power from the ACCESSORY lines, I have accidently retracted them when I brushed up against the parking brake switch while working under the dash on an electrical problem. but that's the only way.

Home is where I park it!

Power gear techs are very responsive to emails. Info@powergearus.com . Maybe they can help. Good luck.
