Problem with Power Gear leveling system

My Power Gear 500535 leveling system just developed a strange problem. If I don't have the "dump" switch in the down position, (I usually let the air out of the system before putting the jacks down, and leave the switch in the down position) when I use the Power Gear leveling system, the coach levels and then all of a sudden begins pumping air back into the air ride. As long as I leave the dump switch in the down position I am OK. Also, my low voltage and jacks down light doesn't come on.

Are the jacks actually extending?

In powergear hydraulic jacks, the jacks down light is lit by a float switch in the oil reservior. Jacks go down, fluid in reservior goes down with em, float switch drops and lights the jacks down light.
