Question Problem with slide-out?

We've owned our 2003 Fleetwood Providence 39P for five years now and have had few issues with it.....knock on wood!

However, since the beginning, the livingroom/kitchen slide has left a small scrape on the tile floor when going out/in. It now is leaving grease, such as shown in the picture. It doesn't seem to have any issues going in or out....but could this be a sign that something is wrong that we need to have checked out?

Is it grease, or rubber residue?

Slide supports over tile are generally hard rubber rollers. If they deteriorate and begin to break down they are likely to leave black rubber residue. Likely possible to replace the offending roller.
