Hello,
I have a 2002 Dolphin made by National RV. I have a problem with the electrical circuit that operates the leveling jacks, inside aux. fans, outside mirrors, and backup camera. I need help in troubleshooting that circuit as well as a guide through how the three relay switches under the dash are supposed to be hooked up. It seems a though the problem may be in the safety interconnect circuit, which I don't have a schematic for. Does anyone have any knowledge??.
Thanks for any help I can get.

Ron

If they are HWH jacks you just might find that the common line between them all is the ground wire. HWH uses the same switch the the chassis mfg used for turning on the dash brake lite (switch just goes to ground lighting the light). HWH merely clips on to that wire. I suspect that all the circuits you've named are hooked to the same ground point and it has come loose, corroded or broken. Just my thoughts based on my recent HWH jack problem. My outside electric mirrors were not functioning either - I thought it was a seperate problem. When I solved my jacks problem, low and behold, my mirrors worked again! Good luck chasing it down!

I'm going to copy this to the National RV Owners Forum - somebody there might have a better handle on this problem. Could be specific to Dolphins or it could be a generic chassis or jack problem.

Is your Dolphin on the Ford chassis or Workhorse? Both were available on 2002.

I would not waste the time to look for or chase down a bad ground problem; just add another good ground to the circuit. You cannot have too many grounds.
