Pump /Water heater leaking???

Hey, Everyone...

So... Riddle me this:

Every time I refill my fresh water tank, the pump gets blocked and no - thing comes through. I've taken it apart as much as I can because the last owner sealed the dang thing with something like a gasket sealer that I cannot break open.

Sooooo we take a straw and blow into the areas were the hoses connect to the pump. And this lady time, into the houses themselves, as the pump wasn't clearing out... This cleared endodontic, and we got running water... Again.

However... The last two times, something is leading, but I can't figure it from where. The connections to everything are dry... And this time is losing more.

I've attached pix... Underneath there are two small houses that just hang down, one of which has a drop leak (didn't have this until about 3 weeks ago)... The other shows the bay where the pump and water heater are located, and the soaked wood around the water heater...

Help!,!

No pictures so guesses......

2 small hoses hanging down
Those would be 'Low Point' Drains...1 for cold and 1 for hot water lines

Wood soaked around water heater
Drain plug leak
T&P Relief Valve dripping
electric element gasket leaking

Hot, Cold, Bypass fittings leaking
Cracked tank

On my rig the water heater is several feet away from my water pump. So I would guess which appliance is leaking.

If the leak is only when connected to City Water, you might need to adjust or install a water pressure meter/regulator.

If the leak is only when the pump is delivering water from the Fresh Water tank, you might check the connections at the water pump.

How weird... System created two posts... One with and one without pix... Here they are again...

They're actually only inches apart... It's not the pump leaking, I'm pretty sure about that... The water heater is sealed inside a "cardboard", and it's sealed on the outside... I don't see how to get in to it... But yes, it is leaking all around it
.and in using the tank vs city water.

Okay... So when it stops raining, I'll check and see hot vs cold from the drain tube.

Wood is soaked around heater, more than it was before... Possibly whatever plugs up the pump is plugging up a drain??? Especially since we have to blow it out of the pump??? Just don't know what works be blocking it all...

Hi, Dean... Water connections at the pump are dry... And I don't know anything about the innards of the water heater, so no idea where to start with that

You have pics of all ports of the tank.

In the pic of the box. The water staining on left side . is it toward door ?

Gray box pic ...is that looking down at it?
That pic what it to left of pump.?

If you are pulling hoses of the pump look toward the next fittings on that hose.
Gray box pic what is "water part" to the left of the pump ?

The hoses hanging down are low water drains should be able to just tighten them if someone has fixed the pump time to replace

LOTS of rust re undercarriage in general. They used it for camping and hunting, so my guess is they were boondocking in some wet areas...

Hi, Gordiegaffer... Yeah... I think it's been repaired, at least for a leak in the past... The online filter has also been sealed with the same gallery dealer... And I'll trace the drain tube to find a way to tighten... Thanx 🎉

Hey 153.....yes, the photo is looking down on the top of the water heater and pump... Mostly to show the water leakage around it. The gray box is like an insulation "wrap" around the water heater, which is under one of the kitchen bench seats... And the water staining on top of it is towards the front of the water heater.

To the left of the pump is just the heater... Random stuff that I keep in there can be disregarded
